2026年6月5日，温州市瓯海区交通运输局组织召开2026年度公交候车廊建设工作推进会，区财政局、区审计局及各有关镇街参会，明确了三大核心建设任务，全力推进候车设施提质升级。
会议部署三大建设任务
本次推进会通报了2026年全区公交候车设施建设总体安排和资金保障方案，与会单位结合辖区实际逐一汇报项目推进情况。会议明确候车廊建设聚焦三大核心任务：
一、老旧破损候车亭拆除翻新。对现有破旧候车设施进行更新改造，提升候车环境品质和使用安全性。随着许多城市早期建设的候车亭进入老化周期，翻新改造已成为候车亭行业的重要市场方向。
二、无廊站点新建。填补尚无候车设施的公交站点空白，让更多市民享受遮风挡雨的候车条件。目前不少城市仍存在大量露天公交站点，新建候车亭是补齐公共交通基础设施短板的优先事项。
三、山区便民候车点位建设。重点关注山区群众出行需求，体现城乡公共交通均等化服务的政策导向。山区候车亭建设需因地制宜，兼顾地形条件和实际出行需求。
建设定位与设计原则
会议将公交候车廊定性为”暖心民生工程”，强调候车亭建设事关群众日常出行，是完善公共交通网络、提升城市精细化治理、助力文明城市创建的重要抓手。在设计原则上，既要立足便民实用，也要兼顾瓯海地域风貌与市容环境提升。
